In order to keep appointments available for everyone, it’s important that the client attend each scheduled session on time. In the event of missed appointments, short notice rescheduling or late cancellation, the client may be charged up to half the price of one months fee.  This may be pardoned at the therapists discretion.

Missed appointment: Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment may result in a fee of up to half the cost of monthly treatment.

Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48hours prior to your appointment time. In the event that you can’t make it to your appointment and fail to communicate in the appropriate time frame, you may be charged up to half the cost of monthly treatment. This may be pardoned at the therapist’s discretion.

Late cancellation:  Full cancellation of treatment must be formally communicated more than one week prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in up to half the cost of monthly treatment. Cancelling more than seven days prior to your appointment may be subject to a full refund.

Frequent rescheduling, avoidance, missed appointments and cancellations: Repeatedly missing appointments, frequent rescheduling and cancellations may result in the termination of therapy with no refund. Not responding to emails, avoiding attempts to contact, and failure to communicate may also result in termination of therapy with no refund. Refunds will not be provided for therapy that has already been received. 

Online payments can be made through most major carriers including VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American express and Discover.

For those living in Japan, direct bank transfers can be arranged.

Once your session has been booked, you will receive an invoice in your email. Please be sure to make the payment prior to the session. Due to the limited spaces available, please understand that spots are not secured until payment has been made. 

If you do not receive an invoice within 48hours of booking your session, please check the spam folder of the email you registered with.
