I work with the source of the problem, the very root of it, by using a combination of counselling, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and a series of techniques that work in a positive and gentle way. It's does take some emotional work, but it's absolutely worth it.

I’m trained in the award winning therapy method RTT, developed by Marisa peer. Originally from Canada, I speak fluent English and can offer a deeper level of understanding. I believe every person is unique and deserves to be treated like an individual. Whilst standard therapy can be very helpful, my method includes more than just listening. I get to the root of the issue to help you discover more about yourself, feel lighter and experience positive changes in your life.
